We commission, support, develop, produce and present theatre and performance of all kinds including plays, musicals, dance, opera, circus, contemporary performance and comedy. An Tobar Gallery aims to present exhibitions that reflect the diversity of the community and visitors we serve, showing a wide range of visual art and craft disciplines. Hosting three or four curated exhibitions each year, we has included work from a broad spectrum of practices. For more than two decades, An Tobar has been a key venue on the trad touring circuit, winning Venue of the Year at the 2019 MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards. We present performances by bands and musicians across a range of genres, aiming to bring an eclectic programme of exceptional music to Mull.
