Tell us a bit about your business. There's no cost or commitment at this stage.
Four steps, and nothing is charged until you have a price you've agreed to.
What every article needs to clear review.
- Original, and yours. Written for us, not republished from your own site or anywhere else, and not AI-generated filler — it should read as genuinely written by someone who does the work.
- Accurate. Advice and claims need to be correct — we won't publish anything misleading, and an editor may come back to you with questions before pricing it.
- Long enough to be genuinely useful. There's no fixed word count, but a couple of short paragraphs won't clear review — cover the topic properly.
- Tagged correctly. Every article needs a real business category from the directory (so readers searching that trade can find it) and one of our five topics — Local guides, Business news, Spotlights, Tips for owners, or Buying guides.
- A short excerpt. One or two sentences summing it up, shown on the article card.
- Only images you have the rights to. Your own photos, or ones you're genuinely licensed to use.
- No promotional overkill. It's fine to be credited and to draw on your own expertise, but it should read as a useful article, not an advert.
- Nothing defamatory, illegal, or infringing someone else's rights. Standard formatting — headings, bold, links, lists — is all fine.
An editor reads every submission before it's priced. Nothing publishes, and nothing is charged, until you've seen the price and agreed to pay it.

Pick your category family to see its real, live price list — shown excluding VAT (added on top when you're invoiced). Once you're approved, we'll always tell you the exact price before anything is charged, and it can never go up after you've agreed to it.
Already writing for us? Bespoke rates for existing clients are agreed individually and always take priority over the price shown on your category's page.

Do I need a listing on the directory?+
No — this is a separate programme for writing content, not for being listed. Your account only ever shows the Articles area of the dashboard.
What can I write about?+
Practical, useful articles for your trade — guides, tips, how-tos, or something specific to what you do. It's credited to your business, so it should read as genuinely yours.
How much does it cost?+
There's no cost to write and submit a draft. We tell you the price only once we've read it (see the price list above — VAT is added on top), and nothing is charged before you agree to pay it.
How do I pay?+
By card through Stripe from your dashboard, or by bank transfer where that's offered — either way, the article publishes automatically the moment payment is confirmed.
How long until I hear back?+
We aim to review every signup request and every submitted article within a few working days.
