Our Distillery sits alongside the Galloway Forest Park, Britain’s largest forest park which, in 2009, became the 1st Dark Sky Park in the UK and western Europe. At the time, only the 4th Dark Sky Park in the world. C Once the sun sets on 300 square miles of breathtaking rugged wilderness that is the Galloway Forest Park, the magic of the night time appears with an inky-blue sky garden studded with flickering and sparkling stars.

Enthusiasts come from all over to stand in awe, wonder and amazement at the vast star scattered universe and the shimmering glow of light which is revealed above them. From here, Andrew took his inspiration to create something to mirror our unique surroundings: the Dark Art Distillery was born
