Scotts Holiday Village Description
We are a privately owned tranquil park just 300 metres from West Wittering’s award winning sandy beaches and are open all year round, so our customers can visit anytime they wish.
There is no clubhouse and our holiday homes are for occupation by owners and, on an ad-hoc basis their close friends/family only, which promotes tranquillity within the park.
Given that buying a holiday home is more akin to buying a ‘service’, rather than purely a ‘product’, if there was one attribute of Scotts to highlight, it is the bespoke high quality service we aim to provide to our customers.
This service is shown not just by the unique way in which our holiday homes and plots are presented, but also in the way the park is managed and run. We have common sense Site Rules which are maintained for the benefit of all our customers. Holiday homes are only offered for sale to those that will adhere to the Site Rules and will not use the holiday homes for residential purposes or for commercial letting.
Our overriding ambition is to enable our customers to fulfil the fundamental reason for buying a holiday home in the first place, which, for our customers, is to have a tranquil retreat close to the sea, where they can relax and leave the general stresses of life behind.
