How quickly will I hear back?+
We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. If it's about a specific listing, include the business name and town so we can find it quickly.
Can I update my listing without contacting you?+
Yes — sign in to your owner dashboard to change details, photos, opening hours and more yourself, any time, with no need to wait for a reply.
I've found an incorrect or spam listing — what do I do?+
Let us know which listing and what's wrong using the form above. We review every report and remove anything that shouldn't be there.
How do I have my listing removed, or find out what data you hold?+
To have your listing removed, use the form above and choose “Remove my listing”. We email you straight away to confirm we have it, and reply in full within one month. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, use the form in our privacy notice.
Do you offer advertising or Featured placements?+
