Sterne Design

Sterne Design is a creative architecture studio which is managed and run by Luke Sterne. Prior to founding Sterne Design in 2020, Luke worked for a local firm SMG Architects for over 8 years alongside studying Architecture at Oxford Brookes University and Construction & the Built Environment at the University Of East Anglia. During Luke’s time at SMG he worked on many projects ranging from small domestic extensions to bespoke new builds (both domestic & commercial) and large scale housing developments, covering all aspects of the RIBA plan of works and departing as a senior member of their Norwich team. Luke holds great relationships with local builders, engineers, surveyors, arboriculturalists & interior designers. Luke seeks to offer a fresh approach to the design process by working closely with each client and providing a consistent high level of detail and input. Luke is passionate about ensuring the design benefits his clients far beyond their original brief, as Architecture holds a great importance for our well-being and day-to-day activities.
