The Blossom Tree

The Blossom Tree is a mindful breastfeeding practice based in Horsham, West Sussex, offering bespoke antenatal and postnatal support for parents. Founded and run by Anna – a qualified children’s nurse who trained with Anna Le Grange (IBCLC) at the Mindful Breastfeeding School – the Blossom Tree focuses on combining practical lactation skills with emotional wellbeing techniques so parents and babies can feed more comfortably and confidently. Services include antenatal mindful breastfeeding education (individual or small groups), postnatal home visits, breastfeeding reflection visits and online sessions. Anna is also offering co-regulation teaching – helping parents to stay calm through simple everyday activities, so their children stay calm too. The Blossom Tree serves Horsham and nearby villages, and can offer online support further afield.
