Kundalini Yoga Description
As a Level 1 Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor based in the North Leeds, Yorkshire area, my main goal is to help others down the enlightening path of discovery that kundalini yoga provides. Whether you want to tone your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, I know you’ll benefit from my kundalini yoga practice.
I have practiced kundalini yoga since 2014, and in 2021 I started my teacher training at the Kundalini University with Guru Singh and Brett Larkin. I love having the chance to share what I have learned from them and many others along the way with my kundalini students.
I spent time in Vancouver training with Guru Singh, Sevak Singh, Tommy Roesn and many other Master Kundalini teachers and Gurus in 2017 and in 2018 in British Columbia, Canada. In November 2022 I attended an intensive Yoga training week at the Blue Spirit retreat centre in Nosara, Costa Rica with Tommy Rosen and Kia Miller. I was back doing Yoga with Tommy at Broughton Hall, Yorkshire (on my home turf!) summer 2023. I have been increasingly more interested in Eastern philosophy and the history of Yoga as I progress in my own personal Kundalini Yogic journey
