Northern Monk Refectory and Garden LDS is housed in the Old Flax Store and is the home of Northern Monk, located in Holbeck, Leeds – the spiritual heart of the industrial revolution.
Directly above our first brewing site, visitors can drink beer brewed on the floor below where they’re sat from our 16 keg lines and 4 cask lines of fresh Northern Monk beer, alongside guest beers from across the world.
We run brewery tours every Saturday to learn more about the history of Monk and the brewing process which can be booked.
