I’m a qualified Reiki Master and Guided Meditation Teacher, offering one-on-one sessions and distance Reiki healing.

I discovered Reiki during a challenging time in my life. Overworked and emotionally blocked, I was looking for relief, and Reiki became the change I needed. It helped me release emotional weight and find peace, transforming my life in profound ways.

Reiki didn’t just help me emotionally and mentally—it also empowered me physically. I gained more energy, confidence, and positivity, which transformed my fitness journey. Reiki gave me the strength to push my limits at the gym, improving my workouts and boosting my overall well-being. Inspired by the powerful effects Reiki had on me, I trained to become a Reiki practitioner. Now, I help others facing similar struggles, offering personalised Reiki sessions to promote healing, balance, and peace. I’m also proud to provide Reiki at Cherry Lodge Cancer Care in High Barnet, supporting individuals affected by cancer.
