Recently refurbished and under new management from April 2021, we pride ourselves on being your local, friendly and independent gym. Inclusive to all with a vast age range of members, from 18 to 80. We make sure we cater for all capabilities with a range of classes, machines and instructors on hand. we have the same friendly team who recognise and demonstrate our family business ethos. They are here to give you a warm welcome and will be happy to assist you with any queries that you may have.
We are your local and friendly independent gym here to help you set your goals and visualise your success. With a swimming pool, classes, cardio, free weights, resistance studio, spin studio, coffee bar, and separate male and female sauna and steam rooms.
Our iconic premises is a focal point of our lovely town of Muswell Hill and we are very proud to be part of the community and making our clients proud.
