Noi Quattro Restaurants in Ardwick, Manchester

About
Noi Quattro is a Neapolitan pizzeria on High Street in Manchester's Northern Quarter, about five minutes' walk from Shudehill. The name means "the four of us": it was opened by four Italian friends who live in the Northern Quarter and set out to bring the food and atmosphere of a traditional Italian pizzeria to the city, with the initials NQ doubling as a nod to the neighbourhood.
Pizzas are baked in the restaurant's bright red tiled wood-fired ovens, alongside Italian street food served the Naples way in a paper cone, the cuoppo, filled with calamari, handmade arancini or fries. There are vegan choices, Italian desserts and a list of Italian wines. The chefs also run pizza masterclasses in the restaurant, where you stretch your own dough, top it with Italian ingredients and bake it in the oven, which suit groups of friends and work teams.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays, opens in the evening from Tuesday to Friday and from midday at the weekend.
