Eureka Cafe is a busy independent cafe on the Eureka business park off Trinity Road in Ashford, opening at seven every morning for the breakfast crowd. Breakfast is the main event: numbered set breakfasts, a vegetarian set, a lighter option and the hefty Eureka Special sit alongside eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale and smoked salmon on toast.

Later in the day the kitchen moves on to jacket potatoes, toasties and paninis, salads, burgers and grills, and home-cooked mains such as chilli con carne and shepherd's pie, with a make-your-own kids meal for younger diners and milkshakes, ice cream and hot drinks to finish. The long dining room has plenty of tables, and food can also be ordered online for takeaway or delivery.

Eureka gift vouchers are sold through the website. The cafe is open seven days a week from 7am until 3pm.
