Courage Nutrition is a Basingstoke wellness coaching business run by Chloe Brill, an independent Herbalife distributor. It starts with a free online wellness evaluation, then offers one-to-one coaching built around small, achievable steps for energy, digestion and daily routine, alongside the breakfast, Body Boost and core-plan product packs.

Chloe set the business up after seeing how often people with neurodivergence, learning disabilities or additional needs were overlooked by mainstream wellness support, so the coaching is designed to be simple, patient and accessible. Sessions are arranged by phone, email or through the website.
