Priory House Gift Shop Gift Shops in Dunstable
About
Priory House Gift Shop is run by Dunstable Town Council from the ground floor of Priory House, the Grade II* listed building in Priory Gardens in the centre of Dunstable. The shop sells crafted gifts by local makers alongside ranges such as TY Beanies plushies, funky socks, jewellery and gifts for dogs and other pets, plus Dunstable souvenirs and Priory Church memorabilia.
It is the only stockist of Frenchic paint within five miles of Dunstable, available in store or for delivery online. Dogs are welcome in the shop, and a Lite Bites menu of homemade soup, toasted focaccia, jacket potatoes and cakes is served alongside it six days a week, while restoration work continues elsewhere in the historic building.

Run by the town council, inside a Grade II* building
The gift shop trades from the ground floor of Priory House in Priory Gardens, a Grade II* listed building, and is run directly by Dunstable Town Council rather than a private retailer.
Backed by Historic England and the Heritage Fund
The wider restoration of Priory House, under way while the shop stays open, is being supported with grants and advice from Historic England and The National Lottery Heritage Fund, who the council says recognise the national significance of the building's heritage.
