Grown from one Hampstead shop to a national chain
GAIL's began as a wholesale bakery in Hendon founded by baker Gail Mejia. In 2005 Tom Molnar and Ran Avidan bought into the business and opened the first GAIL's shop in Hampstead, north London. It has since grown to more than 170 bakeries across the UK, including this Fleet Road branch, each baking its own sourdough and pastries on site.
