Bell & Higgins Construction & Property Maintenance is an all-trades building company with an office on Govan Road, taking on work across Glasgow and the surrounding towns, from replacing a single roof tile to building a new house. Its own team covers building, joinery, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, roughcasting and decorating, so a whole project can be handled by one firm rather than a string of separate trades.

Typical jobs include house extensions and garden rooms, loft and garage conversions, remodelling to change how rooms are used, new slate roofs, leadwork and chimney repairs, and kitchens and bathrooms, either supplied and fitted or fitted only, with accessible bathrooms and wet rooms a particular speciality.
