About
GibFit 30 is a small group training studio on Fortis Green Road in Muswell Hill, a short walk from the cinema towards the Queens Avenue junction. Most sessions last thirty minutes and every one is led by a trainer who keeps the group small, so the workout can be adjusted to each person's level. The studio is built around a Power Plate zone of vibration training machines, alongside dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and other kit, and the timetable mixes its classic Total Body Toning workout with HIIT-style Ignite sessions, core work, Pilates, a stretch-and-recover Flow class and the tougher Fusion session.
Members book online up to ten minutes before a session, and the trainers back the training with nutrition advice and progress reviews every six weeks. Memberships are monthly, from six sessions up to unlimited, and newcomers can start with a three-day free pass. The studio runs seven days a week, from early morning on weekdays and through the morning at weekends, with pay-and-display and free parking outside and East Finchley the nearest Tube station.
