360 Fit Performance Centre Gyms in Holbeck, Leeds

About

360 Fit Performance Centre is an independent strength-focused gym on Holbeck Moor Road, a short walk from Leeds railway station on the southern edge of the city centre. It is an official Hammer Strength training centre, and the floor is laid out with plate-loaded Hammer Strength and Watson machines, Life Fitness rigs, racks, dumbbells, kettlebells and wooden lifting platforms, so it suits anyone from first-timers to people training seriously for size and strength.

Membership is flexible: day and week passes, pay-monthly plans with no long tie-in, discounted annual contracts and a junior membership for 14 to 16 year olds who sign up in person with a parent. Personal trainers can write programmes and coach one-to-one, and there are set women's only hours supervised by female trainers.

Members can also order freshly cooked meal prep from the gym, use the sauna and sunbed, and buy 360 branded kit. A large car park in front of the building is free for members and visitors. The gym opens at 5am on weekdays.
