Annie's is a neighbourhood restaurant on the corner of Thames Road in Strand on the Green, tucked away just back from the River Thames in Chiswick, and it has been serving locals and visitors for around 24 years. The cooking is generous, home-style food, with an evening a la carte menu that pairs with a list of house cocktails and wines, a vegan menu, and a weekend brunch served from 10am to midday on Saturdays and Sundays.

Sunday is roast day, with a traditional roast that the restaurant is proud of, and there is a happy hour in the early evening during the week. Inside, the dining room is relaxed and eclectic, with exposed brick, gilt mirrors, patterned chairs, big plants and artwork on the walls, and on fine days there are tables out on the pavement.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Friday, from brunch through to dinner on Saturday and until 5pm on Sunday, and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It gets busy, so booking ahead is recommended, and gift vouchers can be bought online.
