Tapi Carpets & Floors Kings Lynn Flooring Services in Kings Lynn
About
Tapi Carpets & Floors Kings Lynn is a flooring showroom on Pierpoint Retail Park, just off Hansa Road on the Hardwick Industrial Estate on the edge of town. The store stocks a wide range of carpets, vinyl and laminate flooring, wood flooring and underlay from well-known brands including Quick-Step, and carries a price-match promise for customers who have had a quote elsewhere.
Staff measure up and offer free quotes in-store, and the showroom has its own customer parking right outside. It is a regular stop for King's Lynn and west Norfolk shoppers replacing a carpet or putting new flooring into a kitchen, hallway or whole home.

Founded in 2015 by the Harris flooring family
Tapi was founded in 2015 by a team led by the Harris family, known for launching Carpetright, aiming to modernise flooring retail. It is now a British, shareholder-owned company with more than 210 stores and 145+ mobile showrooms offering home visits.
Rescued Carpetright's stores from administration in 2024
In July 2024 Tapi rescued Carpetright's brand, intellectual property and 54 stores out of administration, saving more than 300 jobs, while continuing to operate as a separate company from Carpetright.
