The Assembly House Hotels in Norwich

About
The Assembly House is a Grade I listed Georgian venue just off Norwich's Market Square, run as a boutique hotel and restaurant by The House (Norwich) Ltd since 2009. Built in 1754-55 to designs by architect Thomas Ivory on the site of a medieval hospital, the building survived a 1995 fire and a National Lottery-funded restoration to become one of the city's best-known event spaces. It offers luxury en-suite bedrooms, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily, and a set of historic rooms - the Grand Hall, the Noverre Ballroom, the Music Room and the Hobart Room - used for weddings, conferences and private dining for up to 150 guests.
