HSA Dermal Clinic is an independent aesthetic and skin clinic in a shopfront on Paradise Road in central Richmond upon Thames. It was founded in 2017 by a pharmacist and independent prescriber with a background on NHS hospital wards, who began in Kingston before moving the clinic to Richmond in 2018. The team offers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal and lip fillers, Profhilo and polynucleotides alongside chemical peels, microneedling, mesotherapy and medical-grade facials such as DiamondGlow.
Its machines cover IPL for pigmentation, rosacea and acne, laser hair removal for women and men, ResurFX laser resurfacing, HIFU lifting and body treatments including EMSCULPT muscle toning and Exilis skin tightening, and it also runs a medical weight loss programme and PRP for thinning hair. Treatment starts with a skin assessment and a tailored plan, with an emphasis on natural-looking results.
The clinic opens late on weekdays, from 10am to 8pm, and from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Saturdays.
