Laycock Photography is a family-run fine art photography studio based at Cheethams Mill in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester. Run by husband-and-wife team Sam and Elizabeth Laycock, we create beautiful, timeless portraits that are designed to be treasured for generations. We specialise in fine art family photography, children’s portraiture, family portraits, individual portraits, couples photography and bespoke Old Masters-inspired portraits. Our approach combines professional studio photography with carefully crafted lighting, creative styling and artistic editing to create portraits that are far more than simply photographs. Our Stalybridge photography studio offers a relaxed, welcoming environment with beautiful natural light, character and the unique atmosphere of a historic Victorian mill. Sessions are tailored around each individual family, child or couple, with guidance on posing, styling and creating images that genuinely reflect the people being photographed. Alongside our photography sessions, we offer a range of professionally produced artwork and luxury photographic products, including fine art prints, framed wall art, bespoke displays and beautiful keepsakes designed to bring your photographs off your phone and onto your walls. We also provide professional photographic restoration services, helping to carefully restore and preserve treasured old and damaged family photographs. Laycock Photography serves clients throughout Stalybridge, Tameside and Greater Manchester, including Ashton-under-Lyne, Hyde, Dukinfield, Mossley, Glossop, Stockport, Oldham and Saddleworth, as well as clients across Cheshire and the wider North West.
