JPC by Samsic combines the personal service of a family-founded business with the scale and expertise of Samsic Groupe, a global facilities management leader.

Over the past three years, we have achieved sustained growth with a 30% growth rate through the successful mobilisation and retention of premium commercial and multi-site contracts.

Founded in 1987, now part of Samsic Groupe
JPC was founded in 1987 by managing director John Conry and grew into a City of London cleaning contractor, serving buildings including The Leadenhall Building and Broadgate Estates. In 2016 the business joined Regent Samsic, part of the European facilities services group Samsic Groupe, continuing to trade under the JPC name with John Conry and his son, John Conry Jnr, remaining at the helm.
