Lots Road Auctions is an employee-owned auction house in Fulham that takes its name from the Chelsea street where it traded for decades before moving in March 2024 to the Piper Centre on Carnwath Road. The new home is a showroom of almost 30,000 square feet in the former North Thames Gas Board building, the one with John Piper's spiral murals and yellow sun blinds that can be seen from Wandsworth Bridge, making it one of the largest single-site salerooms in the country.

Sales cover a wide spread of departments: antique and contemporary furniture, Old Master and modern paintings, Asian works of art, designer handbags, fine jewellery, watches, silver, lighting, rugs and tapestries, rare books, pop culture and collectibles. There is also an estate and probate valuation service for families and executors clearing a home.

Buyers can view lots in person or bid online through the auction calendar, and sellers can bring items in for appraisal. The showroom and office are open every day of the week from ten until five, with the reception entrance at Unit 9.
