We've been baking since 1926... and now we're baking up a new future. We're an award-winning artisan bakery based in Bristol, with nearly 100 years of family-run heritage (and yes, our ovens have literally never cooled down... except on Christmas Day!). But here's the big news: Parsons Bakery is now proudly employee-owned!

That means every sausage roll, sourdough, and smile you see in our 48 shops across the South West is powered by people who own a slice of the pie-not just bake it. It's a new beginning for Parsons, and we couldn't be more excited (or proud) to hand the whisk to the amazing team who make it all happen, every single day.

Still family-founded. Now employee-powered. And still smelling incredible when you walk through the door.
