The Vintage Watch Company is a family business whose owners opened in Mayfair's Burlington Arcade in 1995 and have devoted the shop to vintage Rolex ever since. Its double-fronted windows hold one of the largest displays of vintage Rolex wristwatches anywhere, spanning roughly 1910 to 2000, from early Oyster models to Submariners, Daytonas, GMT-Masters and Day-Dates with rare Stella and stone dials.

A popular choice is a watch from the buyer's own birth year, presented with a ticket marking its year of manufacture, and engraving is offered free. Every watch is stripped down and restored in the company's own workshop and sold with a three-year international guarantee. The shop also buys vintage Rolex and gives free valuations. It is open Monday to Saturday, a short walk from Green Park and Piccadilly.
