MCM Joinery Solutions is a bespoke joinery manufacturer working from an 11,550 sq ft factory on Robert Way in Wickford, having started out in Hockley before outgrowing its first home. The business has been making joinery since the 1990s and keeps production in-house, using modern machinery alongside traditional techniques such as mortise and tenon jointing, curved work on specialised jigs and hand-applied finishes.
Its work covers bespoke cabinetry and kitchens, architectural millwork including wall panelling and mouldings, one-off furniture, staircases, doors, windows and restoration pieces, for both homes and commercial interiors such as offices and reception areas. Veneering is done on site, and the workshop also fabricates Corian and composite worktops.
Timber comes from FSC and PEFC certified suppliers, and the company is a member of the British Woodworking Federation. Projects run from an initial consultation through design, manufacture and supply, and the factory is open on weekdays.
