Starling Holistic is a one-to-one holistic therapy studio run by Angela, a Reiki practitioner attuned since 2006 and a qualified Ayurvedic massage therapist since 2017, based in Arborfield between Reading and Wokingham. Clients are treated individually in her private, air-conditioned therapy room at Attwood Drive. Alongside Reiki energy healing, Angela offers deep tissue, Swedish and Ayurvedic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping and trigger point therapy, tailoring each session to the person in front of her.

She is fully insured and first-aid trained, and appointments run Tuesday to Saturday.
