I provide personalised, practical physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home, helping adults regain balance, confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Founded by an experienced community physiotherapist with a background in urgent care, The Dizzy Physio focuses on the assessment and treatment of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques. With over 10 years of experience specialising in vestibular rehabilitation, I combine clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people feel steadier, safer and more confident when moving around.

In 2024, I further strengthened my expertise by completing a Level 7 postgraduate module in the Management of Dizziness and Balance Disorders in Adults.
