Part of a chain tracing back to 1949
Asda traces its roots to Associated Dairies, formed in 1949, which took the Asda name in 1965. The company is now one of the UK's largest supermarket groups, with its head office in Leeds, and this Burnley superstore is one of dozens of branches nationwide offering a full grocery range alongside in-store petrol, pharmacy and optical services.
