RMUK has been doing hair on Great George Street in Leeds city centre since 1981, when its founders opened the salon; today it is still run by the family, alongside a large team of stylists and therapists. The salon is part of L'Oréal's portfolio of artistic hairdressers and is known for its colour work, from regular tints and highlights to colour correction, as well as precision cutting, blow dries, smoothing treatments, perming and Great Lengths extensions.
Beyond hair it runs an Aveda day spa and is a Guinot skincare specialist, so facials, massage, brows, lashes, waxing, spray tans and a nail bar are all on hand, and there is a private room plus a bar and terrace for clients to relax in. Bridal parties are a regular part of the work, and the team will travel to style hair on the wedding day.
Late appointments run until 7pm on Thursdays. For parking, the Woodhouse Lane, The Light and Merrion Centre car parks are all a short walk away.
