The MOT Centre, known locally as TMC, is an independent MOT station, service garage and tyre shop on Cambridge Road in Middlesbrough, housed in a large modern workshop with a glass-fronted reception. Its technicians, with experience going back decades, use up-to-date diagnostic equipment to handle MOT tests, servicing and repairs of every kind, from cambelts, clutches, brakes, exhausts and suspension to auto electrics, air conditioning and DPF cleaning.
Hybrid and electric cars are serviced and repaired as well as petrol and diesel models, and fleet operators can arrange maintenance for several vehicles. The dedicated tyre shop stocks summer, winter, all-season and run-flat tyres, with wheel alignment and balancing done on site, and the garage can also arrange vehicle recovery.
MOTs can be booked online and service prices are listed by make. The centre is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays.
