Chef Jono at V&V is the tasting-menu restaurant of the Yorkshire-born chef it is named after, on New Briggate in Leeds city centre. It was his first restaurant of his own, opened after more than sixteen years in kitchens that included Noma in Copenhagen, Quay in Sydney and The Box Tree in Ilkley, and after he reached the finals of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2020.

The cooking is modern British, built around seasonal produce and served as a sequence of precise, inventive small courses. Diners choose the signature tasting menu from Wednesday to Saturday, a shorter five-course menu midweek, or a Sunday lunch tasting menu, and there are separate vegetarian and vegan menus, with an optional drinks pairing for each.

The dining room has a long bar at its centre and the restaurant also takes private dining bookings, with gift vouchers sold online. Dinner is served Wednesday to Saturday evenings and lunch on Sundays; the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and reservations are taken through its website.
